From Brick Lane London to Glasvegas, across the pond to California and back again, the ZeiGeist phenomenon continues to spread its message of non conformity and bohemian pleasure seeking, without much concern along the way for who gets caught up in the spirit of the movement.

This week arriving in Liverpool and more specifically the Leaf Bar (drinking den of the Wombats and Zutones), the Zietgeist has rarely felt more at home. We set up base camp at the Parr Street Studious – where everyone from Echo and the Bunnymen to The Verve has recorded seminal albums (and this is where we slept).

As the movement gathers momentum and we embrace forms beyond the pure art of former events (encompassing all that feels right along the way)  we decided that while in the city that has brought us so much musical pleasure to just put the band in our exhibition – and this is was the result: -

An up and coming band “Hallo... I love You”, set against the back drop of Heather Brenan’s inspired ZeitGeist design, with the dark delight of the black lager on hand to lubricate the evening.

I really enjoyed the Liverpool launch, the venue really worked well with the artwork and the band added a great atomsphere to the event. An awesome night!
